VectarisQL

Options

A data-series or indicator row can end with one OPTIONS:{KEY:VALUE, ...} tail — display and layout knobs that live outside the row's positional slots.

The rules

  • At most one OPTIONS:{} block per row, always the last thing in the row.
  • Schema is per row-type — data-series rows take STYLE/EXTENDED/AXIS; indicator rows take INPUT/PANEL/AXIS. Collection and symbol-only rows don't accept OPTIONS at all.
  • Keys and enum values are upper-cased on parse — options:{style:line} becomes OPTIONS:{STYLE:LINE}.
  • An unknown key for the row's type, or a block missing its closing }, is reported as a parse error rather than being silently dropped.

See VectarisQL options for the exact key/value table per row type.

Examples

AAPL 1D 1Y OPTIONS:{STYLE:LINE}
RSI(14) OPTIONS:{PANEL:NEW}
SMA(14) OPTIONS:{INPUT:$2, PANEL:$3}

The first sets a data-series row's chart style; the second sends an indicator to a brand-new panel; the third points an indicator's input at row $2 and its panel at row $3.
